Rocky Pepper:
Rocky was born in Zeeland, the rural south of the Netherlands. He moved to the city at the age of 18 to explore his boundaries. In 1982 Rocky bought his first record: Thriller by Michael Jackson, still a classic. Ten years later Rocky started dj-ing. He started out in a hip-hop band called the Stormtroepers (yes it's oe), together with Swensee and Densel. After two singles and one album they decided it was time to pull the plug.
Starting of as a clubber Rocky became a huge fan of dance music in the broadest sense; from techno to progressive to electro. He’s loving it!
A couple of years ago Rocky organized the ‘summer of house’ in Zeeland. Together with his partner in crime Nicky they started Restricted. That summer Restricted booked Prinz (cafe d'Anvers), Marko (la Rocca) and Phi Phi (Quadran, France). The parties were a booming success.
Nowadays Rocky serves the dance floor with his uplifting mixes of ‘spicy’ electro.

Dica:
Dica started spinning in 1992, at the age of 16. A couple of years later Dica started playing at small parties and clubs in and around the city of Leiden. He mainly played acid, house and techno. During the years his style evolved into a wide range of
electronic music, from various electro styles to acid, EBM, dark minimal and techhouse. Over the years the influences of electronic pioneers like Front 242, Johan Timman, Nitzer Ebb, Jean Michel Jarre, Depeche Mode and several modern deejays inspired
Dica to make a musical journey from each and every set he plays. Dica's totally in his element while playing long sets and he's always searching for new challenges.
After playing at several contests in 2006 Dica now focuses on developing concepts and playing as often as he can.
